TCBY TV Commercial Quiz Rules and Regulations:

Participants must be age 13 or older.
By submitting this form, participants agree that their first name, city, and state can be featured on the official website and/or an affiliate site if they are a winner.
Only one correct entry per calendar month can be submitted.
Valid email address must be provided with entry.
A $25 TCBY gift card will be awarded to a randomly selected participant from the pool of correct entries, each calendar month.
Gift card recipients will be notified by email by the 5th day of the following calendar month.
Gift cards will be mailed via USPS to the mailing address provided on the entry form.
Participants may submit a correct entry every calendar month.
This program may be discontinued at any time.
