Famous Brands, International FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotion: $15,000 Initial Franchisee Fee for NEW Mrs. Fields and TCBY franchisees (regularly $35,000)

• Program runs from December 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021
• Inquiry must be submitted in writing through the Contact Us form on www.tcby.com/franchise or via email to Paul Correale, pcorreale@famousbrandsintl.com by no later than February 28, 2021.
• Reduced fee is available only for Franchise Agreements that are fully executed on or before March 31, 2021.
• Franchisee is required to pay the $15,000 Initial Franchise Fee at time of signing the Franchise Agreement, unless state law states differently.
• Initial Franchise Fee is per location, regardless of size or store format.
• All cut-off dates will be enforced, and no exceptions/extensions will be approved.
• This program cannot be combined with any present or future development programs.
